Can I watch the cameras on my phone?
Most modern systems come with a mobile app for live view and playback. We can help you get it set up on your phone.
How long is footage kept?
That depends on the number of cameras, the resolution and the recorder's storage. We size the recorder for the number of days of footage you want to keep.
Do you visit the site before quoting?
Yes. For most jobs we arrange a site survey first, so the quote is based on your actual layout, cable routes and existing equipment rather than guesswork.
Can you work with the equipment I already have?
Often, yes. We check your existing cabling and equipment during the site survey and tell you what can be reused and what is worth replacing.
Do you work with contractors on renovations and fit-outs?
Yes. We work with homeowners, businesses and main contractors, and plan our part of the job around your renovation or fit-out schedule.
